Returns / Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our items (soap) I do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your soaps, please contact me within 4 days of receiving your order, and will do our best to assist you in a replacement or refund. cascobaysoap@aol.com
If the fragrance is not to your liking or what you expected, please pass the soap along to a friend or family member. We all have different likes and dis-likes. What you do not like, someone else may really enjoy!
